The trail system is planned to run through the $5 Billion Mile, lead up to the Starwood neighborhood and connect to future Grand Park.
The Star in Frisco
The Dallas Cowboys have moved their headquarters to Frisco, TX! While the Ford Stadium has already been complete, the rest of the 91-acre development is set to open throughout 2017. The property will feature a hotel, office and residential buildings, restaurants, and retailers.
The walkable, 175-acre, retail space will be conveniently located along the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, and the first phase is planned to open in 2018. Among other businesses, the property will be home to Whole Foods Market, iPic Theatres, Pinstripes Bowling, Hotel ZaZa, Anthropologie, Free People, Tyler’s and more! The first phase of Wade Park is planned to contain 600,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
