July 20, 2017
ArrowBrooke residents already live close to the Dr Pepper Ballpark where the RoughRiders play, Toyota Stadium where FC Dallas plays, the Star, the Dallas Cowboy’s state-of-the art practice facility, and soon, another professional sports team: Texas Revolution.
According to Community Impact, the Texas Revolution American professional indoor football team is planning to move from Allen to Frisco. The Frisco Economic Development Corporation approved a marketing agreement with the team’s majority owner, and now, they just need to sign their lease with the Dr Pepper Arena to make it official.
Community Impact reports Texas Revolution is expected to make the announcement next month.
The Dr Pepper Arena is located at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Gaylord Parkway in Frisco. The arena is the official practice facility of the NHL Dallas Stars and the Texas Legends Basketball Team. Dr Pepper Arena also hosts concerts and much more throughout the year.
