ArrowBrooke residents are surrounded by beautiful horse farms that offer horseback riding lessons here in Denton County! It’s all part of the North Texas Horse Country, one of the largest concentration of horse farms in the United States.

There are plenty of horse ranches near our community that offer horseback riding lessons:

Hopper Ranch

Located in Aubrey just nine miles away from ArrowBrooke, Hopper Ranch is a private ranch that offers camps, horseback riding lessons, corporate events, and more. All beginner lessons are individual so you can get the attention, direction and safety you need.

Show Time Riding Center

Also located in Aubrey close to ArrowBrooke,  Show Time Riding Center offers horseback riding lessons, private lessons and group lessons to all ages and experience levels. Owner Amy Koehler competed at a national level as a teenage and also trained multiple International and World Champions!


Black Mustang Ranch

Situated in Pilot Point at the entrance of Jordan Park at Lake Ray Roberts Lake State Park, Black Mustang Ranch can take you out on guided trail rides! You can even bring a picnic during a two-hour ride package along the shore of Lake Ray Roberts.

Four Fillies Farm

Four Fillies Farm in Pilot Point was established as a horseback riding school in 1997. Horseback riding lessons are available Tuesdays-Saturdays. Four Fillies also hosts parties and trail rides on the Lake Ray Roberts equestrian trail.

This horse farm in Pilot Point breeds Paints registered with the American Paint Horse Association and Paso Finos registered with the Paso Fino Horse Association. People of all ages can see the gorgeous stallions and mares of Wilbanks Paints and Pasos and ride the trails just five minutes from Lake Ray Roberts.
