New Businesses in Prosper Popping Up near ArrowBrooke
August 14, 2017
Following the exciting opening of Kroger Marketplace along U.S. 380 at Gee Road in July, construction is starting on new businesses in Prosper just five minutes from ArrowBrooke.
The developer’s website shows the shopping plaza at the northwest corner of 380 and Gee Road will be home to a Race Trac gas station, Jamba Juice, Rosa’s Cafe, Bottlecap Alley Icehouse Grill, Braum’s and an LA Fitness. These businesses join several others under construction around the Kroger Marketplace, including The Home Depot, Petco, Chick-fil-A, Panera, Chase, Menchie’s frozen yogurt, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Jersey Mike’s and much more.
If this wasn’t enough to be excited about, the southwest corner of 380/FM 423 will also be developed to make way for a Walmart, Whataburger, 7-Eleven, La Madeleine, a nail spa, a UPS store and many other retail spaces that are currently listed as available.
It’s an exciting time to live along the 380 Corridor! ArrowBrooke residents will be right in the heart of it all just five minutes away from these exciting new businesses in Prosper. Located off 380 on FM 1385, homeowners in ArrowBrooke have easy access to major thoroughfares while having plenty of space away from the bustle of the city.
