Cinemark Movie Theater Coming to 380 Corridor
July 7, 2017
A new Cinemark movie theater on U.S. 380 at the Dallas North Tollway is expected to open in the fall 2018.
Located on the southwest corner of the Tollway and 380 in Frisco, the 14-screen theater will anchor a development of retail stores, restaurants, entertainment venues and more. The new Cinemark will be the closest movie theater yet to ArrowBrooke—only 10 minutes away.
According to a press release from Cinemark, theater amenities will include a state-of-the art viewing environment with wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor screens in all auditoriums, 4K digital projection with RealD 3D capability, enhanced sound systems, Cinemark XD: Extreme Digital Cinema auditorium and a self-serve concession stand.
“We are very excited as this new complex will be the second Cinemark NextGen movie theatre that we will be offering to our guests in Frisco,” said Tim Warner, Cinemark’s Chief Executive Officer, in a press release. “This theatre will be part of a premier shopping destination being developed by Forest City and will quickly become recognized as a preferred location to enjoy a great movie-going experience.”
